Dear All,
I hope you are all okay and managing to stay sane during this unsettling time. In a bid to offer as much support as I can whilst your schools navigate this unprecedented situation, I thought it was important to highlight the areas where I can offer help.
In the coming days, weeks and possibly months, we will need to find new ways of working and adapt many of our systems to support our young people while our normal routines are redefined. Rest assured, I can and will continue to give my very best service to you, your staff and your learners.
With that in mind, I would like to reinforce my commitment to providing IT support services for remote teaching and learning through both familiar and new technologies.
I can offer help and guidance with creating, sharing and utilising learning resources using Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Sharepoint and Glow.
School websites will become an even more essential communication tool for teachers and parents. I offer a full WordPress support package, whether you need to adapt your existing site or build a resource from scratch. I also offer WordPress training and support for those keen to upskill and develop their own knowledge of the platform.
Additionally, I will continue to help with management of your iPad assets including:
· pick-up, update and delivery service for iPads;
· app delivery and bespoke Meraki 1:1 training (both in person and remotely);
· onsite upgrade programme (where and when appropriate).
Of course, the numerous IT issues that we face daily may also follow us back home! I will provide a dedicated support line for your School Managed IT assets as you work from home, alongside email support for all the things that just can’t wait. Contact details below.
